Sometimes it's great to be small. Umbraco Meetups are happening and spreading fast here in Europe due to the tiny size of the countries, but our friends over the Atlantic is having a harder time. However, this hasn't stopped Pete Koutoulas, Douglas Robar and Bob Baty-Barr from dreaming about a US Meetup / mini CodeGarden.

Chicago has been suggested as a location and I added the possibility of me and Per coming over early October to join, with big chances of a fresh Umbraco 4 release in the bag.

So would you join a great two-day umbraco mini-codegarden in Chigaco in October? Or do you have other ideas for more IRL umbraco activity in the US? Join the discussion at the forum.

Let's make this happen!

Well this is great news, that these regional meetups are taking off!

Keep me and the rest of the umbraco community posted with photos, notes, blog posts when this happens, as I doubt that I will be able to make this !!
